Who can join Al Farouk Membership?
All current students, parents and guardians, staff, and alumni of Al Farouk International School. Membership is included — there is no extra fee.
How do I activate my card?
Download the app and sign in with the phone number registered with the school. If your number isn’t recognised, contact the membership office.
Can I use the card for my whole family?
Each parent receives their own card, and students receive theirs from Grade 7. Offers apply to the member’s bill as described in each offer’s terms.
How do I redeem a discount?
Open the offer in the app and either show your card to the cashier or scan the QR code at the partner’s counter. The discount is applied before you pay.
My business wants to become a partner. What do I do?
